i need to ask those of you out there that are involved in not-smoking: are there any replacement addictions you would strongly recommend against?
since not-smoking i find myself drinking coffee at least 1-2x/day (i never drank it before). and powerfully lusting after chocolate.
i am tired all the time, have no attention span, and of course,am pretty irritable so i don't interact with most people very much.
basically i'm asking for some 'going over the hump' advice.....

You can hold the bottle all through the day and figgit with it, and then take sips throughout the day.
Best replacement I can think of.
Also, eat edamame (soy) beans, and baby carrots.
Salad is your friend- ice cream is not!
Best of luck!
