Cigs are making you lie- bad bad baaaaad! Nasty little things.

Imagine that for every cigarette you smoke, you lose a hug, or a kiss, or a blowjob. I'm not being disgusting, I'm serious. It's amazing what we can talk ourselves into.

Did you have a conversation with yourself when you started smoking? I rationalized the hell out of it to make it ok, and swore I'd quit when I was 18. Now I'm trying to do the same in reverse.

Talk to your man and ask him to help you find a way to stop. Find a compromise, cut down for while maybe instead of cold turkey. Set a date. Ask him to value it and make it special.

If it doesn't work, you can always get another boyfriend. (Sarcasm)

Realistically, you can always take up smoking again if things don't work out with your boyfriend. Try that perspective on and see if it fits.

But the bottom line is that you have to do it because you want to- not because someone else wants you to or it will never work and you'll end up feeling terrible.
